Livestock consignments must be accompanied by a Waybill, which:

Identifies that the
specific consignment is moving with the owner's consent
o
Identifies the property
from where the animals came
o
Identifies the name of
consignee and destination address and
o
Includes the transaction
tag number
o
Details numbers of stock,
the brands and earmarks
